All products that we offer on our website: www.amhomefurnishing.co.uk are made to measure and made to order products; thereby, we DO NOT accept returns of any kind of services and products ordered from us.
If the product is considered faulty by AM Home & Furnishing or if the product isn’t delivered as per the specifications registered by AM Home & Furnishing, we shall at our sole discretion either rectify the product by making amendments/corrections or replace the entire product (only if required). In such cases, we request you to contact our customer service by phone: +44 (0) 7443466999 or email: [email protected]. Our customer service team shall be able to help you further. In this case, you will not be required to incur return cost.
Exceptional Refunds for Faulty Goods
By any means, if you do not wish to get a rectification or accept an exchange for your faulty product, you may be entitled to get a refund. For us to process your refund, please contact our customer service team, prior to taking any further actions.
Our team shall issue a “Returns Code” that you will have to attach with the goods while returning it to the address below. Ensure to ship the curtains back with its purchase receipt, shipping note and returns code so that we may smoothly process the refunds.
However, if the goods are returned and are not found to be faulty by us, then you shall be charged additional £10.95 GBP per order (this includes collection and re-delivery costs) and the goods shall be shipped back to you with no refunds being issued.
