All payments must be made at the time of placing an order with us for made to measure curtains. We DO NOT accept partial payments or any payments after the product is delivered.
All payments must be made in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) only. For international payments, you may have to incur foreign exchange charges that are levied by our bank and your bank; we shall not be liable for any extra fees, in a case of international payments, and you shall hold sole liability for all excess charges and fees.
All orders shall only be considered ‘CONFIRMED’ after we receive the full and final payment for the order you place with us. We shall notify you as soon as your order is confirmed with us.
No cancellations shall be accepted for orders beyond 24 hours of order confirmation.
At AM Home & Furnishing, At AM Home & Furnishing, we provide only made to measure curtains that are solely made to order as per customer’s requirements; thereby, we DO NOT offer refunds, exchange or returns on any of our goods.
However, we understand that you may incur unavoidable circumstances and may have to cancel the order; in such cases, we allow cancellation of order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. An additional cancellation charge of £4.95 GBP shall be deducted from your payment if your order was processed and confirmed. We DO NOT offer refunds on any type of “CONFIRMED” orders.

If the goods are returned and are not found to be faulty by us, then you shall be charged additional £10.95 GBP per order (this includes collection and re-delivery costs) and the goods shall be shipped back to you with no refunds being issued.
